  • We serve NYC and its surrounding region — up to 100 miles outside NYC. Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on your zip code.

  • Yes! We are proud to say that our meals are dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, artificial-free, and seed oil-free.

    Specific diets, such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, paleo, etc. vary in our menu, as we include a bit of everything. For further inquiries regarding a specific meal, please contact info@ambrosiameals.com.

  • Yes. Ambrosia uses grass-fed/organic meat, and wild-caught seafood. “Junk meat” contains antibiotics and added hormones, which contribute to body inflammation, so it’s important that we ensure quality standards.

  • Yes. Time is the most valuable asset anyone can have and we strive to give you more time and energy in your day by doing all the thinking, preparing, cooking, and delivery for you. Meals are made fresh per order and pre-packaged for delivery to your door. Hassle free, filled with benefits, and tasty flavors with just a click of a button.

  • Each meal varies in calories—anywhere from 300-600 calories. As we know counting calories can feel mentally taxing & cause underlying stress, so we aim to make all our meals with high-quality, clean, & fresh ingredients to provide you with an abundance of essentials nutrients, so you can trust & rely that your health is in the best hands.

  • Our meals are fully cooked and arrive fresh — just reheat and enjoy!

    For best results:

    Microwave (quick option): Remove the lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir halfway through for even heating.
    Stovetop (recommended): Transfer meal to a pan over medium heat. Add a splash of water or broth if needed and heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Oven: Preheat to 350°F and transfer meal to an oven-safe dish. Heat for 10–12 minutes, covered for moisture.

    Avoid overheating — our meals are made fresh and nutrient-dense, so gentle reheating preserves taste, texture, and nutrition.

  • Yes, all bowls are microwave & dishwasher safe, as well as BPA-free. Our meals are not packed when food is hot. Food is properly cooled prior to packing. Remove lid prior to placing in the microwave.

  • Meals are delivered fresh the same day and stay fresh for 6–7 days refrigerated. You can also freeze them (up to 6 months) to extend shelf life — just note we don’t recommend freezing rice, salads, or eggs.

  • No. Everything we make is all-inclusive and is specifically formulated with functional ingredients. However, you’re more than welcome to add whatever your heart (and stomach) desires!

  • Every meal is crafted in our professional kitchen by our culinary team in collaboration with our founder - personal trainer and nutrition coach. We never use inflammatory or artificial ingredients — that means no dairy, no gluten, no added sugars, no seed/refined oils, no trans fats, and no preservatives. Meals are cooked fresh the same day they’re delivered, then safely chilled and packaged to maintain peak freshness for 6–7 days in the fridge (or longer if frozen).

    Our goal is to deliver more than just meals — we’re here to support your energy, digestion, skin, mood, and long-term health with every bite.

  • Because our meals rotate weekly and are made with seasonal ingredients, the exact nutritional breakdown (macros and calories) can vary slightly from week to week.

    That said, every Ambrosia Meal is:

    • Balanced with clean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs

    • Designed to support blood sugar stability, digestion, and sustained energy

    • Portioned to satisfy without leaving you feeling heavy or bloated

    We prioritize nutrient density and anti-inflammatory ingredients — no gluten, dairy, added sugars, seed oils, or artificial preservatives.

  • Ambrosia Meals are designed to support healthy, sustainable weight loss — but more importantly, they help rebalance your body from the inside out.

    Our meals are:

    • Free from inflammatory ingredients that cause bloating, cravings, and weight gain (like seed oils, added sugars, gluten, and dairy)

    • Made with organic, nutrient-dense ingredients to support digestion, energy, metabolism, and blood sugar balance

    • Naturally portion-controlled and crafted to keep you full and satisfied — without overeating

    Many customers report weight loss, reduced bloating, and better digestion within just a few weeks of consistent use.

    Everyone’s body is different, and weight loss depends on many factors like sleep, stress, and movement — but we’re here to fuel you in the cleanest, most effective way possible.

  • Orders can be placed at any time, but please note that our weekly cutoff is every Thursday by 12pm EST.

    For Monday deliveries, orders must be placed no later than the Thursday prior by 12pm EST. Example, if you order on Thursday, January 2 at 11:59AM, you will receive the order on Monday, January 6. If you order on Friday, January 3, you will receive the order on Monday, January 13.

  • Simply scroll our “Plans & Menu” page and add as many meals as you wish to your cart, or, select a Meal Plan that fits your needs, then add to your cart. Once you’ve added all the meals/snacks you need, proceed to checkout and select your delivery day. We accept all forms of debit/credit, as well as PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo (for this payment option, please email info@ambrosiameals.com to proceed).

  • Nope — no subscription required! You can order Ambrosia Meals as a one-time purchase whenever it works for your schedule.

    We also offer a weekly subscription option for those who want to save time and have meals automatically delivered each week — but it’s totally optional, and you can skip or cancel anytime.

    Whether you’re trying us for the first time or ordering consistently, we’ve made it flexible to fit your lifestyle.

  • Yes! We offer corporate catering, wellness events, and group/bulk orders. For custom quotes and menu options, email us at info@ambrosiameals.com.

  • Because our meals are made fresh and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s ever an issue with your order — whether it's a missing item, delivery problem, or something didn’t meet expectations — please email us at info@ambrosiameals.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We’re here to help and committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience with Ambrosia Meals.

  • Yes — you can cancel your order anytime before our weekly order cutoff (before Thursdays 12pm EST). After the cutoff, all orders are final and cannot be canceled, as we begin sourcing, prepping, and cooking your meals fresh to order.

    If you need to cancel or make a change, please email us at info@ambrosiameals.com before the cutoff time and we’ll take care of it!

  • To pause your subscription, just email us at info@ambrosiameals.com at least 4 days before your scheduled delivery day (our weekly order cutoff).

    We’ll take care of it for you — no stress, no hassle. You can resume your subscription at any time.

    Example: If your delivery is on Monday, please email us no later than Thursday at 12pm EST.

  • You’ll receive a delivery text messages with a live tracking link, ETA status, and a confirmation once your order has been dropped off.

  • Yes! Ambrosia Meals make an amazing gift for friends, family, or anyone in need of a health reset. You may order a Gift Card here.
