Meal prep Delivery information

What days & times do you deliver?

We deliver every Tuesday between 6pm-10pm (unfortunately, you cannot select the exact time, as our delivery couriers adjust their routes per all orders for the day). We also offer FREE pick-up during this time from our location in Hudson Yards!

We also offer Wednesday pick-ups between 8:45am-10:30am or after 5:30pm.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver up to 100 miles outside NYC! Select your location at checkout; delivery fees vary per location.

do you send a delivery eta?

Yes, we will send you an email or text message on the evening-of your delivery, when the courier is on their way to you. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a fulfillment email.

What if I am not home when you deliver?

If you live in a building with a doorman or access to an entryway, we will deliver safely that way—no need to sign. Meals stay safe un-refrigerated up to 3 hours.

If you live in a building without a doorman and no access into the entryway without a code/pin, your bag may be subject to be left unprotected, as our couriers need to continue on their route. If you live in this type of building and know you will not be home between our delivery timeframe, please email info@ambrosiameals.com to provide us with the entry code.

can i pick-up my order instead of delivery?

Yes! We offer free pick-up from our location in Hudson Yards on Tuesdays between 5:30pm-10pm. Please email info@ambrosiameals.com prior to Tuesday letting us know the exact time you will be by to pick-up.

We also offer free pick-up on Wednesdays between 8:30am-10:30am or after 5:30pm.

How far in advance do i need to place my order?

Orders can be placed at any time, but please note the cutoffs:

For Tuesday deliveries and all pick-ups, orders must be placed no later than the Saturday prior by 2pm.

Where do I place my order?

Simply add as many meals as you wish to your cart, or, select a Meal Plan to save even more, then add to your cart. Once you’ve added all the meals/snacks you need, proceed to checkout and select your delivery day. We accept all forms of debit/credit, as well as PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo (for this payment option, please email info@ambrosiameals.com to proceed).

Where do i place my customized meal plan order?

Please send an email to info@ambrosiameals.com and include your customized preferences (i.e. daily calories/macros, number of meals needed per week, dietary restrictions, any food allergies, full name, delivery address, preferred delivery date [see above for our delivery options], and phone number). We will provide a quoted price range based on these factors and if all sounds good, an invoice will be sent either via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

Do i have to subscribe?

Nope! We do not use a subscription model. Try us out risk-free & with zero commitment. If you enjoy us, you can order as often as you’d like:)

Do you DELIVER nationwide?

Not yet, but we do deliver up to 100 miles outside NYC (hello CT, NJ, PA, upstate NY, Hamptons, etc.)

is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there is a flat-rate delivery fee for each location. Please select your appropriate delivery location at checkout. If the delivery fee does not match your location, we will send you an email with further instructions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All forms of debit/credit, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Our website checkout page does not have a Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo option, so if this is your preferred method of payment, please email info@ambrosiameals.com, and we will be able to assist with this method.
