How many calories are in your meals?

Each meal varies in calories—anywhere from 250-500 calories. As we know counting calories can feel mentally taxing & cause underlying stress, so we aim to make all our meals with high-quality, clean, & fresh ingredients to provide you with an abundance of essentials nutrients, so you can trust & rely that your health is in the best hands. However, our founder was a competitive Bodybuilding Bikini competitor, so we know some of you have to track macros/calories, too! Do you use organic, Grass-fed, or Wild-caught Meat/seafood?

Yes. Ambrosia uses grass-fed/organic meat, pasture raised eggs, and wild-caught seafood. “Junk meat” contains antibiotics and added hormones, which aid in body inflammation, so it’s important that we ensure quality standards.

How do i heat up my meal?

Remove lid and place in microwave for 30-60 seconds depending on the temperature you prefer. Each bowl is microwave safe, certified compostable, and recyclable, so no need to transfer to another dish. Certain meals may be enjoyed cold, as well—for example, the Apple Cinnamon Oats and Pesto “Pasta” (anyone else love cold pesto?).

is the packaging microwave safe?

Each lid should be removed prior to placing in the microwave. All bowls are microwave safe, certified compostable, and recyclable. Lids are compostable/recyclable.

Can i re-heat on the stovetop?

Yes. Transfer meal into a pan on low-medium heat and cover with a lid until heat reaches desired temperature.

is the packaging recyclable/compostable?

Yes. At Ambrosia, we believe in sustainability. Each bowl/lid is certified compostable/recyclable.

how long do meals last once delivered?

Meals last in the refrigerator between 5-6 days. You can extend the shelf life up to 6 months by storing in the freezer.

do i have to add extra ingredients to my meals?

No. Everything we make is all-inclusive and is specifically formulated with functional ingredients. However, you’re more than welcome to add whatever your heart (and stomach) desires!

How are the meals prepared?

Every meal is made from scratch, just as you would prepare in your own home. Our cooking methods include pan-seared, baked, roasted, and steamed fresh to maximize nutrient availability and flavor.

are your meals paleo, gluten-free, dairy free, or vegan?

All our meals are dairy-free, gluten-free, no sugar added, and refined-oil free. Specific diets, such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, paleo, etc. range per each meal. What is your return policy?

Since our products are handcrafted and made-to-order with fresh ingredients, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have concerns, please contact us at info@ambrosiameals.com. We do our best to ensure a flawless experience and deliver our products with lots of love.

Am i able to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, it must be done so at least 3 business days before your chosen delivery date. To do this, please email info@ambrosiameals.com. Requests to cancel your order in under 4 days before your chosen delivery date is not eligible for a refund.
