Delivery Areas & Schedule
Where We Deliver: We currently deliver throughout NYC/the tri-state area. Check your zip code at checkout to confirm availability. Don’t see your zipcode? Email us at info@ambrosiameals.com.
Delivery Days: We deliver every Monday between 5pm-10pm — meals arrive fresh, ready to enjoy, and last up to 6–7 days in the fridge (or freeze meals for longer shelf life).
Portion Sizes & Serving Info
Portion Sizes: Meals are individually portioned and designed to be satisfying, nutrient-dense, and balanced for optimal energy, mind and body function, and digestion.
Reheating Tips
Our meals are fully cooked and ready to eat — just reheat and enjoy! For best results:
Microwave:
Remove lid
Heat for 60-90 seconds depending on portion size and heat preference.
Stir halfway through for even heating
Avoid overheating — our meals are made fresh and nutrient-dense. Gentle reheating preserves texture, flavor, and nutrients.
Stovetop (recommended for bowls, proteins, and veggies):
Transfer to a pan over medium heat
Add a splash of water or broth if needed
Heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Oven or Toaster Oven:
Preheat to 350°F
Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish
Heat for 10–12 minutes (or until you reach desired heat preference), covered for moisture
Sustainability or Packaging Info
BPA-Free Packaging: Our meals are delivered in recyclable, BPA-free containers that are microwave & dishwasher safe. We’re committed to keeping costs effective for our customers while maximizing wellness.
Sustainability: Delivery bags can be recycled. Please leave your bag with your doorman or outside your door the day of your next delivery and our couriers will collect them.
