    Our founder, Lexi, has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & NASM Certified Nutrition Coach since 2017, coaching clients privately in NYC, as well as virtually. She loves teaching, instructing, and empowering individuals to live their best lives so much, that she’s now offering exclusive sessions at her location in Hudson Yards (30-minutes or 60-minutes).

    Lexi is a former NPC Bodybuilding competitor & champion, who was trained/coached by 2 top Olympic-level athletes, and has embodied the lifestyle ever since her competition days.

    With this expertise, Lexi wishes to help others achieve their goals so that they can develop a strong foundation in order build confidence not only in our sessions, but on their own. The principles of fitness and working out are some of the absolute greatest mental and physical toughness builders, not only advancing you physically & mentally, but spiritually, professionally, and interpersonally.
